Once your order has been processed, we unfortunately are not able to offer a refund.  If you wish to get a refund for your order before it has been processed, please send us a message and let us know asap. There is a 10% refund fee on all orders due to credit card fees. Please send us a picture of the box and bag(s) that were damaged and we may then issue a gift card to use at our online store for the entire purchase amount.
